Our business was established in 2005 so Alan and I have been experienced house clearers now for a number of years with no job being too big or too small - from full house clearances to single items, we've done it all
We were originally will writers as we were both from a legal background but decided a change was required when we realised that young children and evening and late night appointments don't mix!
Because of our background, we are especially experienced in helping and doing all we can to help bereaved relatives when they are arranging for properties in deceased loved one's estates to be cleared in readiness for sale or transfer to beneficiaries.
Alan is a Huddersfield lad born and bred whilst I'm a Halifax lass but don't let that put you off as we have connections both personal and professional all over Yorkshire and East Lancashire, especially in the Doncaster and West Yorkshire areas. BUT it doesn't matter where you are in Yorkshire or East Lancashire as we do NOT add any kind of surcharge dependent on where you are so it doesn't matter whether a house clearance is down the road from us or in Hull - no worries on that score!
